Prenatal Yoga at WELLBEEING
Our prenatal yoga session, conducted by our certified prenatal yoga therapist, is tailored made to
suit the needs of all stages of pregnancy. Get your gynecologist’s and our Doctor’s approval for the
program. We generally recommend starting pregnancy yoga only after 10 weeks of normal
pregnancy.
